You must be at least 18 years old and at or above the legal drinking age where you live. One account per person. Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Stumble is entertainment, not health advice. It does not measure blood alcohol content, does not tell you whether you are fit to drive, and does not know your limit. Never drive after drinking. Never use the app while walking into traffic or anywhere it is unsafe to look at your phone. Drinking has real risks, and how much you drink is your call and your responsibility.

Your nights, drink logs, routes, and photos are yours. You give us a limited license to store, process, and display that content so the app can work and so you can share it with the friends you choose. We do not claim ownership and we do not use your content in marketing without asking you first.

You are responsible for what you post. Do not upload anything illegal, harassing, or that you do not have the rights to.

• Do not fake stats, scrape the service, or mess with the leaderboards.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or rebrand the app.
• Do not harass other users or track anyone without their knowledge.
• Do not use the app to break the law.

Routes, distances, venue names, and stats are estimates produced from device sensors and third-party map data. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them for anything that matters.

We may add, change, or remove features, and the service may go down from time to time. We will give notice of significant changes to these terms in the app or by email, and continued use after that means you accept them.

You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or create risk for other users.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, Stumble is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss, or harm arising from your use of the app or from your consumption of alcohol. Our total liability is limited to 50 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Your use of the app must also comply with Apple's applicable terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Nothing here removes consumer rights you have where you live.
